Q&A regarding solar-powered watches/clocks

Q8 My solar-powered watch/clock has stopped. How can I get it return to normal operation?

Expose your solar-powered watch/clock to adequate light in a well-lighted place so that it will be charged and start to move. (It may take longer than usual to complete recharging if you have not used the watch/clock for a long time.) If your watch/clock does not move even after being exposed to light, there may be some failures. Send it for repair.

(Note): The above information applies to members of the Japan Clock & Watch Association and their products.
