Most symptoms can be explained in the four cases listed below.1. My radio-controlled watch/clock is slightly before or ahead of the time signal.Less than one second may be gained or lost because of the arithmetic processing right after radio wave reception. Since time is corrected every day, gains/losses will not be accumulated. 2. My radio-controlled watch/clock is off by several seconds.
3. My radio-controlled watch/clock displays completely incorrect time.Radio wave reception might have been interfered by radio noise, etc. Make sure that your radio-controlled watch/clock is kept away from any source of interference, such as air conditioners, televisions or personal computers, and conduct manual reception in a good reception environment. 4. My radio-controlled watch/clock is off by one or more hours. The time difference adjustment function or other functions may be activated. After disabling the time difference adjustment function, Daylight Saving Time setting function and world time function, conduct manual reception in a good reception environment, and then set the time correctly. For these procedures, refer to the instruction manual of your radio-controlled watch/clock. (Note): The above information applies to members of the Japan Clock & Watch Association and their products.
